    Printing / Framing

    What are the dimensions of the artwork?

    The actual artwork is printed at 51cm2, but also available in smaller dimensions if requested in advance of your purchase.

    What type of printing medium is used?

    The artwork is printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper to ensure bright colours, excellent contrast and maximum clarity.

    Is the artwork ready to hang?

    Yes, a framing service is included in the price.

    Is the artwork framed? If so, what type of frame?

    Yes, the artwork is framed in a variety of styles and finishes to match the artwork as well as your décor. Artwork is then encased with Tru Vue museum glass to minimise glare and protect from ageing. If you would like to use different frames at (potentially) additional cost, this can be arranged in collaboration with our framer in Dubai.

    Are there any matting options available for the artwork?

    The artist has already chosen appropriate matting to match art pieces whilst adding further dimension and definition to the artwork. If you wish to use different matting, please let us know before placing your order to explore options.

    Do you accept special requests or custom orders?

    Possibly. Please contact us with your requirements for our consideration.

    Provenance

    Does the artwork come with any documentation or proof of authenticity?

    Yes. All art pieces come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, optionally detailing that the first sale is to you. Thereafter, an entry is made to the Ethereum blockchain through an NFT smart contract.

    Purchasing & Pricing

    How much does the artwork cost?

    Each piece of artwork costs $2,500 plus shipping if delivery is outside of the UAE.

    Are there any additional charges or fees associated with the artwork?

    Within the UAE, there are no additional costs.

    Outside of the UAE, there is the cost of shipping and any import tax you may be liable for.

    What is the cost of shipping?

    Shipping with the UAE is free of cost. Outside of the UAE, the cost is based on the destination.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfers and Ethereum.

    Do you offer payment plans?

    Unfortunately not.

    Is there a discount available for multiple purchases?

    Yes. We support collectors purchasing multiple pieces and offer a 25% discount on 5 pieces and above. This discount applies to simultaneous purchases of multiple pieces and not just multiple purchases of the same piece.

    Are there any restrictions on who can purchase the artwork?

    There may be some countries that we are unable to ship to due to international legal restrictions. Please contact us in advance of your purchase if you think your country may be affected.

    Shipping & Delivery

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping within the UAE is free.

    Shipping outside of the UAE depends upon the destination and size of order.

    Is the artwork insured during transit?

    Yes.

    Are there any restrictions on where the artwork can be shipped?

    We suspect that there will be international destinations that have legal restrictions preventing delivery. If you suspect your country may be affected, please contact us to clarify.

    How long does it take for a buyer to receive their purchase after payment is received?

    Artwork is processed for printing and framing every Monday and is typically ready for collection within 7 business days. Thereafter, it is handed over for shipping which is normally 1-2 days within the UAE and 7-14 days for international orders.

    What happens if the artwork is damaged upon arrival?

    We take great care in packaging each artwork securely to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. If you do find any damage on receipt, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damaged item and we will arrange an exchange for you.
